Refund and Returns Policy

At LifeAmplifi, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products, supplements, or used personal care items—unless they arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Please include:

  • A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging
  • Your order number

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible), and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your payment provider.
  3. Still need help? Reach out to us directly.
